    I was a bit skeptical at first after reading the prior comments but took a chance and I'm glad I did. I love the product it has a rich oak color and looks expensive. I used one for years we purchased from a local chain retailer, although that one cost more this one looks just as good if not better. It was easy to install and for the price you can't ask for more. I had a hard time finding an oak seat for an elongated toilet without having to pay upward of a hundred dollars but lucked up on this one. I would definitely purchase this again.

    I have two Magnolia toilet seat in use for 40 years. They are still in great condition. The one I received had a seat that was thinner, wood grain was in different directions, inside of seat was not sanded smooth, and the screws attaching the hardware had come out making it unusable. Even if it had been usable, the seat (not the lid) was very unattractive due to the wood grain going in opposite directions. Since it was unusable, I received a refund for the purchase which was handled in an efficient and courteous manner.

            Quality of one seat leaves much to be desired

            Service and delivery comments:

            I was so excited to receive my toilet seats but was disappointed in one. One has a definite flaw on the seat cover. It looks like someone tried to repair it with glue. I worked with it to try to rub some of the glue and crack out. It is not as perfect as the other seat. I just do not want to go through the trouble of exchanging it so I am going to live with it and just not recommend you so highly.

                I loved this toilet seat at first, as it looks very good. Sadly, after about three months the bonded seams cracked, and now it sags a bit and pinches the thigh. This is not one piece construction and is falling apart.
