    This seat fit my toilet that needed a longer seat excellently! The measurements as listed were very accurate. [...] The one thing I was surprised at were the latches, as the picture didn't show these nor were they described. They have easy release latches so you can remove the seat to clean. I didn't like these in the store, as they have a picture of a lock on them and they look tacky. But in real life, you don't really notice, AND it's easy to clean! So in the end, I am very happy with this seat.

    Although I am a budget shopper I wanted to find the right seat for the Universal Rundle toilets we have so there would be a proper fit. This was in a good price range. They were easy to install. However, they are installed in a different manner than some toilet seats so make sure to read the directions.

    With proper care these should be fine. They are painted wood. We are getting ready to move so there has not really been any wear. I cannot make comments about durability or stain resistance.

    I gave a 3 star rating because we have just installed them and are moving out within the next 2 weeks. Maybe they deserve a 5 star rating but I have not used them enough to know.

        This is the second Bemis seat I've purchased and both are good. This round one has a much better ring shape than the original Eljer plastic and is less susceptible to staining.
