The Bemis 1850TT Elongated White Commercial Toilet Seat offers a closed front cover design and an injection molded solid plastic construction. Color matched Top-Tite hinges contain stainless steel pintles, non-corrosive top-tightening bolts, wing nuts and no-slip washers. This hinge design prevents wobbling and the molded in bumpers offer easy cleaning.

          We needed this product because we have medical equipment that has to sit over the commode (youth potty seat). We needed the split seat to accomodate the equipment. Now that I have it in that bathroom, I've considered buying it for the others because it's so nice and easy to clean.
